The Trinity Continuum is a vast timeline of adventure, speckled with dramatic points across the past, present, and future, where heroes - or villains - arise. While each setting supplement will explore part of the Trinity Continuum timeline, these points in time aren't dots in a straight line - this isn't a long-form metaplot to be simply read aloud. Instead, they're points of quantum probabilities. Anything can happen, so it's up to you and your cast to make it happen!

Ah, the final days of 2021. Can't say I'm sad to see this year ending, though there were some positive moments within the ongoing struggle. Let's not dwell too much, though, and instead do a quick summary of some of the successes of 2021.

ONYX PATH CROWDFUNDING IN 2021
Another challenging year. While there were some moments of taking two steps forward and one step back, at least there was some forward momentum. Onyx Path spent the previous year restructuring and adapting their processes to better function during the pandemic, but still external issues presented (and continue to present) challenges. Paper shortages, manufacturing difficulties, shipping and storage problems. The new normal.
Despite all of that, Onyx Path was able to get some products out, at least digitally, during the year.
While the massive paper shortage and manufacturing issues kept many of these from seeing print in 2021, they're all currently scheduled to attain physical form in early 2022. Here's hoping the process keeps moving forward and we can finally ship these rewards. Even with that caveat, that's still a pretty impressive list of stuff that's out and available to play.
Another solid year and another batch of fun and interesting projects added to Onyx Path's future release list. In supporting these during the crowdfunding phase, we've also managed to add these extra projects to the schedule:

3) To make the final version the best it can be! The author and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the Trinity Continuum: Meridian Feedback Form!
You should be familiar with the process - we followed similar steps for Dawn, the other novella that went out in October. Generally, Onxy Path tries to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, so please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure they're getting everything covered.
They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form. Please note this form will be for errata only. It won't be for general book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
Also, they already know about any Page XX notations - those are usually corrected after any changes are made and the books are being finalized.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), they will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice from Drivethru that you can re-download your file with the latest version (which will include MOBI and ePUB versions).
You've already made the book a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.
So, please submit your feedback using the Feedback Form to Onyx Path over the next two weeks. Eventually, the PDF will be finalized and released for general consumption, and you'll get a notice from DriveThru letting you know that an updated version is available to download to your library at your earliest convenience.
With that, we've now completed this campaign. I'll likely have one more post at the end of the year, just reviewing 2021 in terms of this campaign and Onyx Path on Kickstarter, but other than that, we're pretty much at the finish line.
Thanks for your support and enthusiasm over the lifespan of this campaign. It's been a wild ride - the Trinity Continuum has really grown since we first started this campaign at the start of 2018, but I've enjoyed seeing all of the work that's come out of it.

Not an early update, nor any big announcement. Just taking a moment to celebrate the two year anniversary of our game!
Although it's been released a few times over the past few decades...
The Æon setting actually has three birthdays - a trinity of releases, if you will.
The Trinity sci-fi RPG first released in 1997, though it was initially released under the name Æon and subsequently changed due to conflict concerns with MTV's animated Æon Flux TV show. Wow, remember that?
In 2004, Æon was born again as Trinity D20, one of the three connected "core" settings in a d20 revamp of the line. Once again presenting a timeline starting with Adventure!, building through Aberrant, and climaxing with Æon/Trinity, the line comprised three books - one for each era - and would have ended there if not for the seed of an idea planted in Ian A. A. Watson's imagination.
Nearly a decade ago, from the ashes of CCP/White Wolf's demise, Onyx Path was born. And with it, new fertile ground and an opportunity for Ian to help grow that seed into something more - an entire line of games exploring different eras and genres within a rough continuum rather that a strict continuity.
On December 4, 2019, after many years of work, the new Trinity Continuum: Æon setting was released. In my opinion, the third time's the charm with this one, and I've been really excited to see how Æon and the whole Trinity Continuum line has grown over these past two years... and will continue to grow with projects like Trinity Continuum: Anima and more.
In Trinity Continuum: Æon, Humanity has begun settling on planets circling other suns. Teleporters and the new Leviathan jump ships can take anyone across the galaxy in a few hours, so the stars are at last within our reach. However, we have found dangers as well as wonders out there, and only by working together can we overcome them and take our place on the galactic stage.

Trinity Continuum: Æon was just the first setting and genre sourcebook released to build on foundation established in the Trinity Continuum Core Rulebook. Nothing as exciting as last month's update, when Kickstarter backers received the "Dawn" novella Stretch Goal. We're officially down to one final Stretch Goal, and I'll continue to keep in touch each month until that final reward has gone out.
That doesn't mean all is quiet across the Trinity Continuum, however...
STORYPATH SHOWCASE
Onyx Path has been releasing episodes in their Storypath Showcase series for a while now. These short Actual Play series showcase the various Storypath system games, walking players through a Sesson 0 set-up and an introductory scenario. It's a great way to learn more about a game and a great pitch if you're looking to introduce the game or system to your group.

I'll be back next week with our regular month end update, but I wanted to jump in real quick with a note about the latest game in the Trinity Continuum universe.
Journey to 2084
In the wake of two massively destructive events, the Federated States of America committed to building a gleaming utopia with bleeding-edge technology and the sharpest minds anywhere. Named Cascade, anyone can move to this brand-new city and live under the watchful eye of the FSA. Just sign up to be a citizen and have the latest in cybertechnology implanted into your head: a brain-enhancing device known as Glass.
One of the biggest escapes is the massively popular MMO known as Terra Surge. What started off as a massive multiplayer fantasy roleplaying game has evolved into a needed social outlet, a sandbox for collaborative creativity, and an escapist fantasy to forget the troubles of the world outside. The fictional world of Synestia has millions of digital citizens known as anima. There are many who seek the simple pleasure of slaying monsters and gaining treasure, but many players also build shops, manage guilds, and live out fleshed-out lives… and all of it is streamed directly into their brains through the miracle of Glass.
In Trinity Continuum: Anima, characters try to get by while staving off attacks from enemies both physical and virtual. Anima gives players the chance to enter both the dangerous world of corporate espionage, while also delving deep into the virtual world’s mysteries. Between the two exist a myriad of deadly secrets meant to be left buried.
A few hints about what's coming up in the future... or, I guess I should say the past... for the Trinity Continuum.
