The Trinity Continuum is a vast timeline of adventure, speckled with dramatic points across the past, present, and future, where heroes - or villains - arise. While each setting supplement will explore part of the Trinity Continuum timeline, these points in time aren't dots in a straight line - this isn't a long-form metaplot to be simply read aloud. Instead, they're points of quantum probabilities. Anything can happen, so it's up to you and your cast to make it happen!

It's James, your point person for this Kickstarter campaign.
I'm sending out my end-of-August update a few days early. Hope you don't mind, we're in the process of getting the kids ready for another year of high school and the first year of college, plus I've got a wedding anniversary celebration to squeeze into the next few days. I believe that 22 years is the "Happy Emoji Text" anniversary, so it should all work out.
Not much to report on progress at this point - the advances are steady, and the work is ongoing. You can keep up with the latest developments in the Onyx Path Monday Meeting Notes, which lists the status of all currently announced projects at the bottom of the post.
Instead, I wanted to talk a bit about the Storypath system. As you know, it is the engine that powers the Trinity Continuum, from the Core rulebook to the Æon setting (and eventually the Aberrant and Adventure! settings as well). If you think back to an update during the Kickstarter Campaign, designer Eddy Webb talked about how the Storypath system was designed to work across many genres and manage various power levels. Work was begun on Storypath during the development of Scion, and further refined and fortified during the development of the Trinity Continuum.
At Gen Con 2018, Onxy Path handed out a new brochure for the Storypath system, outlining the basics and demonstrating how the game can be adjusted to different genres and formats.You can download the Storypath system preview PDF for free at this link!
In addition to Scion and the Trinity Continuum, the Storypath system will also power upcoming games like They Came From Beneath The Sea!, and the subject of our current Kickstarter campaign, Dystopia Rising: Evolution.
I know the Trinity Continuum will handle a lot of diverse genres and settings itself - have I said how much I'm looking forward to Adventure!- I wanted to highlight Dystopia Rising: Evolution not only because it's currently Kickstarting and I want to spread the word as much as possible (as usual!), but because it's another take on the system we read in the manuscript previews for this project.
Dystopia Rising: Evolution is a new twist on a post-apocalypitc setting, combining many different genre elements from a Mad Max-ish aesthetic to a Walking Dead-like terror and enemy, along with a dash of X-Men-esque mutations.
As full of action-adventure or horror tropes as that initially sounds, it also has something that was a big part of the Trinity Continuum as well - hope. There may be some rough patches after the Fall, and some threats and challenges - but this is a game that can also be about rebuilding and redefining society and community.
Anyway, just before I break-out all of the rewards and the current progress, I just wanted to make sure I shared the info about Dystopia Rising: Evolution. Not only because it's my job (HEY! A Kickstarter!! Come See!), but also because I think the system and some of the themes may be interesting to those who've backed the Trinity Continuum. And, like we did with this project, we're posting previews of the playtest manuscript, and on Wednesday August 29th we'll be sharing the chapters on the Storypath system for this game.

Hello Continuum Community,
We're a week away from the Gen Con gaming convention in Indianapolis, so I'm sending out the August update a bit early. If you'll be attending the massive convention running August 2-5, come visit Onyx Path at Booth 501 and maybe check out the What's Up with Onyx Path? panel to see what's planned for the next year(s).
Looking at the latest Monday Meeting Notes Production Schedule, it looks like there's a lot planned - In Media Res and Æon Æxpansionhave both moved from redlines to second draft phase, and it's always exciting to see Trinity Continuum: Aberrant core rulebook listed on there!

It also includes the Chronicle of the Dead, featuring the Sin-Eaters’ struggle against the all-consuming Underworld and a variety of terrifying threats. In addition, for the first time in the Chronicles of Darkness line, ghosts are presented as playable characters.

No big announcements, other than work proceeds on In Media Res and Æon Æxpansion, both of which are now listed on the Redlines phase of the Production Track in the latest Monday Meeting Notes from Onyx Path!
Final Hours of Fetch Quest
I did want to touch base while there's still a few hours left in the latest Onyx Path kickstarter campaign for the Fetch Quest card game.
Fetch Quest is a family-friendly cooperative deck-building game. Each player represents a pioneer on a dangerous quest. The pioneers work together to overcome dangerous challenges and resolve missions. Once the missions are resolved, the quest is finished and the players win the game. We're running this Kickstarter to get additional new art for the cards and get the project printed in a form we can put into stores.

A pretty quick update for June 2018, just touching base to make sure communication is constant and consistent.

Kickstarter Concierge
Just a momentary break to let you know that I'm currently running Onyx Path's latest Kickstarter campaign - for the family-friendly card game, Fetch Quest.
Fetch Quest is a cooperative deck-building game. Each player represents a pioneer on a dangerous quest. The pioneers work together to overcome dangerous challenges and resolve missions. Once the missions are resolved, the quest is finished and the players win the game. We're running this Kickstarter to get additional new art for the cards and get the project printed in a form we can put into stores.
